This role is ideal for someone eager to lead a full range of business development activities, supporting our team in establishing a strong presence in Madrid and achieving profitable growth. Responsibilities include advising and supporting partners and associates on the strategic direction of marketing, business development, and client development activities; working on pitches and proposals; and leading events, award and directory submissions, and communications.
You will support the Office Managing Partner (OMP) and key partners in positioning the Madrid office for growth, helping to identify market opportunities, priority clients, and sectors that will support the firm’s expansion in Spain.
You will be responsible for supporting the business development function across the Madrid office and will report to the Head of Business Development based in London. The team in Madrid will also work closely with our business development colleagues in London.
Our Chief BD and Client Officer is based in London, and you will be part of a wider network of business development and marketing professionals around the world, with team members (mainly in London) responsible for business development, media relations, web and communications, events, and CRM.
